About Radiant Vista Global Leadership

Radiant Vista Global Leadership (Radvis) is a training organisation that offers in-house training programs for enhancing managerial and team skills to efficiently reach organisational goals. People development needs to be crafted and can only be done over long term and our programs lay a very strong foundation to make this achievable without a flaw. We incorporate face to face facilitation, webinar and e-learning support over a period of 4-6 months.

Our Belief

We believe in its entirety that people development is a long term goal and therefore to nurture managerial and leadership skills in a short one off training programs gives no result. We believe that employee relationship is an art and hence requires practice as it constitutes behavioural adjustments involving ones beliefs, practices and perceptions.

Our Programs

Our flagship training programs are Developing Leaders for First-time Managers and High Performing Teams for Existing teams and the essence of these programs are in helping individuals, managers and teams to maximize human potential. The underlying theme is development of individual capability through building of trust amongst employees and establishing integrity with peers and subordinates so managers can excel in their capacities as leaders and for team players to achieve the same through collaboration to reach their common goal.
