Experience

Graham is a renowned strategic and creative thinker who specialises in Leadership, Team Development and Executive Coaching. He has particular expertise in the design and application of experiential learning techniques and the successful and appropriate use of indoor and outdoor projects have been a feature of programmes that Graham has facilitated with managers and teams across the globe. Following an early career as Physical Education teacher, Graham worked in senior management roles in sales and human resources and now a full-fledged trainer in human resource development in the behavioural sciences and a designer of customised content for organisations.

Contribution

A specialist in team and management development, Graham Neale has spent most of his professional life working with executives from diverse organisations and cultures. His background of education, sport and commercial experience in the construction industry has provided the impetus for a consulting career that has spanned the last twenty-two years. During this time, Graham has influenced the development of managers and teams in private and public sector businesses across Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

Qualification

Graham graduated from Loughborough University with a Bachelor of Education degree in 1976 and, during his career in the construction industry, went on to achieve an HR qualification – Institute of Personnel Management. He became licenced in variety of psychometrics, including MBTI, FIRO- B, Wave, Emotional Intelligence in Teams (EQ), Team Management Systems (TMSDI) and Belbin. With regard to 360 instruments, he is a qualified practitioner with 20/20 Insight. He is also a qualified coach attaining a Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring in 2011.

Swapan has over 34 years of Industry and consulting experience and has extensively worked in the field of Human Resources and Business Strategy Development, conceptualizing and implementing strategic Management processes and Business & Market development initiatives for companies from USA, Australia, Singapore and India.

Contribution

Some of the Human Resource initiatives implemented successfully for multiple Indian private and public sector has been in the area of Performance Management, Compensation and Benefit, Change Management, Training & Development, Organization Health Survey and Culture Surveys, e-HRM process such as Online Recruitment, Online Performance Appraisal System and HR Information System through intranet. Some of the noteworthy consulting initiatives leading to successful implementation of new businesses by him in India and Singapore have been carried out for global companies in the area of Enterprise Solutions (Hardware & Software), Security Software Solutions (Command & Control PSIM Platform), Analytics (Big Data), Cloud Solutions and Digital Information Management System for Law Enforcement agencies

Qualification

Swapan qualified as an B.Tech from Jadavpur University (Kolkata) in 1979 and M.Tech from IIT, Khargpur in 1981.

Experience

Nithi’s work experience spans across the Travel Industry and Academics. Apart from lecturing, his academic spell includes Head of a Business School of a University College in Kuala Lumpur and Head of British MBA programme for a private institute in Chennai, India. He also held the position of Business Development Manager for an Australian company; which was involved in automated HR systems. He has also spent a significant period of time in strategic management consulting and training in Human resource for companies in varied industries.

Contribution

Nithi has consulted in strategic management for a number of organisations; particularly in the area of future positioning that brainstorms in the area of the future direction and strategic positioning. He has also trained companies such as Hexaware, Office Tiger, AirTel, TomTom, and Nokia in the area of Leadership and Team building programs. He has a keen interest in understanding human relations and development of managerial skills.

Qualification

Nithi qualified as an Accountant, obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Business from Lancaster University and an MBA from University of Strathclyde in Glasgow. He is also a certified trainer by Korn Ferry, USA (Leadership 101)
